NOTICE OF JUDICIAL VACANCY
The Judicial Selection Commission, established by Governor John H. Lynch by an executive order dated February 25, 2005, hereby posts notice of a judicial vacancy in the New Hampshire Supreme Court for 2010.
Please submit your application to be considered for appointment to the Supreme Court bench at this time. All interested and qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
Applications (revised in 2007) may be downloaded from the websites of the Governor or the NH Bar Association. Applications may also be requested by calling 271-7677. Please be sure to use the 2007 application.
Completed applications (revised in 2007) must be postmarked by July 30, 2010. Each candidate must submit an original and ten copies of the application and of all accompanying documents, including writing samples. The application should be mailed to: Judicial Selection Commission, P.O. Box 2167, Concord, NH 03302-2167. Applications may also be hand-delivered to the law firm of Orr & Reno, 1 Eagle Square, Concord, NH, by July 30, 2010.
